Women's Health NP Primary Care Clinician (NYC)

Community Healthcare Network is seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner/Clinician for our health centers based in Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens. You will provide evidence-based primary care to our patients, working within a collaborative care team that includes nursing staff and services such as Health Education, Nutrition, Social Work and Behavioral Health. The ideal candidate will hold a valid New York State license to deliver medical care and have at least one year of
