Deputy Chief Compliance Officer – Global Compliance & Surveillance

Garda Capital Partners seeks a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer to join our Wayzata or New York City office. This in-office role with flexibility between locations will guide Garda's global compliance program, drive strategy and execution, and oversee surveillance, regulatory responses, and ethics processes. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in SEC/FINRA-regulated settings, strong leadership and analytical abilities, and knowledge of capital markets.
