Essential Duties: Mix, proof and bake breads including ciabatta, focaccia, and baguettes from provided recipes Prepare simple Italian desserts such as torte/cakes, custards, and more Track inventory of ingredients and prepared items Set weekly pars in consultation with owner for breads and desserts Assist with preparation of other items in savory kitchen as needed Keep workspace neat and organized, wash and put away equipment after use Regularly move equipment and ingredients weighing up to 50lbs Remain in standing position, walking, and bending for up to 8hrs Please respond with your resume and a cover letter introducing yourself, what you like to cook and bake, and why you want to work for a small independent business.
