Electrical Patent Agent Prosecution & Portfolio Growth

Stinson LLP is seeking an experienced patent agent to join the patent prosecution group within the Intellectual Property and Technology Division. The role involves drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications, advising on patentability, and supporting freedom-to-operate and due diligence efforts. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, US and foreign filing experience, and at least 5 years in patent prep/prosecution.
