Senior Healthcare Compliance Leader

Elara Caring is hiring a Senior Compliance Business Partner to advance our mission of delivering right care at the right time in the home. You will guide branch leadership on compliance, mentor peers, and lead high-risk investigations to mitigate privacy, quality, and business risks. You will report to the Director of Service Line Compliance and help improve processes while safeguarding patient and staff confidentiality under HIPAA. Travel up to 10% is required.
