Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30

PMPosition Summary: Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring a Paper Sorter for an immediate opportunity in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for sorting paper and related materials accurately and efficiently to support day-to-day facility operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Sort paper and related materials according to established guidelines and categories. Inspect materials for quality and remove any contaminants or incorrect items. Stage and organize sorted materials for the next stage of processing. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and facility procedures at all times. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work the scheduled Monday-Friday shift. Previous sorting or production experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift. Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed to sort materials. Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and handle materials as needed.
