Inputs, updates, and maintains accurate vehicle and pricing information in auction systems and, verifies, and maintains vehicle files, including eligibility and sale with the title department to ensure titles and required documents are received and approved prior to auction. Reviews inventory and vehicle reports to identify discrepancies, investigate errors, and verify sale readiness. Partners with internal departments to prepare vehicles and notify customers of sale run processes and timelines. Follows up on vehicle preparation, billing reconciliation, and missing information to ensure smooth auction professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding vehicle status and requirements. Maintains accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies. Performs other duties as assigned.
