Site Security Automation Lead

What You’ll Do: Lead and support Allen-Bradley / PlantPAx automation and controls systems Manage Cap Ex projects from planning through execution Support day-to-day plant operations and ensure system reliability Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team Partner with the Managed Digital Services (MDS) team on OT cybersecurity activities Apply company cybersecurity standards within the plant’s Operational Technology (OT) environment

What We’re Looking For: Strong background in Automation & Controls Engineering Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley / PlantPAxProven experience managing Cap Ex engineering projects Understanding of industrial OT cybersecurity and cybersecurity standards Experience supporting manufacturing/industrial operations and automation infrastructure Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, and project execution skills

Ideal candidate: An experienced Automation/Controls Engineer who understands OT cybersecurity—not a cybersecurity specialist without hands-on industrial automation experience.
