Strategic M&A & Growth Leader

Nationwide is seeking an AVP, Corporate Development to lead mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. You will guide evaluations, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and post-close integration while coordinating with internal executives and external advisors. You will oversee a team, drive value realization, and build relationships with banks, PE firms, and other partners to advance Nationwide’s growth agenda.
