Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties: Engage in patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development and discovery. Participate in ITC (Section 337) investigations and coordinate with parallel proceedings. Draft high-quality written work, including briefs and motions. Collaborate with technical experts to present clear, persuasive arguments. Involve in PTAB proceedings, including IPRs. Explore SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications standards.

Requirements: 3-6 years of patent litigation experience. Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction is required. EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
