Transportation Litigation Associate

Duties: Manage a litigation caseload under senior attorney supervision. Conduct legal research and analysis on transportation laws and regulations. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients. Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices. Draft case analysis reports for client stakeholders.

Requirements: JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey. 3-8 years of general casualty litigation experience. Experience in transportation, logistics, and related regulations preferred. Experience with e-commerce/gig economy legal issues preferred. Deposition and motion practice experience required. Trial experience preferred. Education JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
