Transactional Attorneys

Duties: Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents. Participate in client meetings and consultations to gather information and discuss client strategies. Maintain organized client files and documentation in accordance with firm policies.

Requirements: J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with a license to practice law in North Carolina are required. Strong skills in legal research and drafting with a focus on corporate transactions. Excellent analytical abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.
