Mowi Markets (RMT) is responsible for global raw material trading, market development, and end-to-end supply chain optimization, ensuring the most efficient and value-driven utilization of Mowi's salmon supply. In North America, this includes leading the sales and market development of all seven Mowi salmon origins across the B2B market, expanding market presence, building strategic customer partnerships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving sustainable business growth. Mowi is seeking a results-driven Sales Director North America to lead the company's commercial Mowi Markets' strategy (RMT) in one of its most important and fast-growing regions. The role offers an exceptional platform for an accomplished commercial professional - whether you are an established leader or ready to take the next step in your career. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving profitable growth, developing high-performing teams, and expanding Mowi's market presence across retail, foodservice, and value-added channels. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Mowi's commercial success in North America. Because of the team oriented collaboration required for success, this position will be based in Mowi's Boston office.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the North American commercial strategy in alignment with global and regional business objectives Lead, mentor, and develop the North American sales organization, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture Drive revenue and margin growth across retail, foodservice, and value-added product categories Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts and partners Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Product Development to deliver customer-focused solutions Ensure accuracy in sales forecasting, reporting, and budget management Represent Mowi Markets North America at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage Several years of relevant commercial experience, ideally within seafood, CPG, or perishable FMCGDemonstrated track record of driving revenue growth in complex markets Strong leadership capabilities; experience from managing and developing teams is an advantage Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Strategic mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization Willingness to travel Mowi OffersA key leadership role in a global leading seafood company The opportunity to shape the commercial direction of a strategic regionA culture of collaboration, sustainability, and continuous improvement Professional development and global career opportunities
