Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN is looking for a Deputy General Counsel and Employment Attorney to provide legal support for employment-related matters and representation in litigation. The successful candidate will manage a wide array of legal issues affecting the organization’s workforce. The role requires strong counseling and negotiation skills, with responsibilities that include defending the company against employment claims, preparing legal documents, and advising senior management. A Juris Doctor and substantial relevant experience are mandatory.
