The Successful Applicant 5 years minimum in ground up commercial construction Project experience from start to finish$50M+ in project values Ground up tilt wall/light industrial projects are a plus Maintains a good relationship with clients, architects, and design teams Self-starting, highly motivated and goal oriented Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality Very organized with a systematic approach to tasks to achieve accuracy and efficiency Must be professionally and technically competent Analytical with the ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints Must work easily with others What's on Offer Competitive Base Salary Bonus Structure - Twice a year based on Personal and Company Performance Allowances - Truck, Phone, Gas Card, etc.
