Lead Industrial Hygiene & Safety Programs (Plant-wide)

Metallus is seeking a Health & Safety Industrial Hygiene Program Lead to drive program development and audits across all plants, including style-leaning collaborations with plant leadership. You will develop training materials, deploy surveys, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires a strong background in IH programs, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on safety leadership to support multiple sites within Metallus’ operations.
