Finance Associate

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Finance Associate to join their office in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions.

Duties: Structure and draft middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions. Negotiate terms and conditions of financing agreements. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful transaction outcomes.

Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong UCC Article 9 experience. Syndicated asset-based lending experience preferred. Admitted to practice in the respective state. Outstanding professional and academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications: State Bar admission. Skills Self-motivated and confident. Personable team player. Strong negotiation skills.
