Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
12 years of software engineering and architecture experience, including proven people management skills
Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture and platform governance across core modules
Strong background in integration and data architecture, including APIs and event-driven architecture
Experience designing AI-enabled capabilities in an enterprise setting and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
