𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 (𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀) 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼, 𝗜𝗟 𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗡𝗬 | 🌏 Asia Market Coverage A leading proprietary trading firm is seeking an experienced Options Market Making Trader to help expand its Asia-hours trading operation. This role manages options portfolios, executes market-making strategies, monitors risk, and ensures seamless coverage across global trading desks.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Trade and manage options portfolios during Asia market hours (Sunday through Thursday). • Monitor and adjust trading systems and risk controls in real time. • Coordinate handoffs between global trading teams. • Partner with technology teams to address operational and system issues. • Contribute to strategy enhancements and execution improvements outside of trading hours.𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: • 2+ years of options market making experience. • 1+ year of market making portfolio management experience. • Strong risk management and decision-making skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent trading environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: • S&P, Nasdaq, Russell, Metals, or VIX options market making. • Basic Python proficiency.
