Who You Are: Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, SeniorWhat You Will Be Doing Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Further Information About This Opportunity: This position is in Fort Worth, TXDiscover Fort Worth. This position is located at a facility that requires special access; you must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance after you're hired.-Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance-Ability to work on-site 2 days or more a week. AeroSCMBasic Qualifications-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline-Experience establishing supplier relationships and managing the continuous improvement of supplier performance-Supply Chain experience
Desired Skills: -Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a Masters degree-Experience with reading engineering drawings-Knowledge of standard acquisition policies and procedures-Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
