Event Assistant An Event Assistant for Slick City Action Park helps plan, organize, and deliver fun, safe, and engaging family-oriented events such as birthday parties and group events, and community activities. You support the event manager, coordinate logistics, and ensure guests (especially families with children) have a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the setup, operation, and breakdown of family entertainment events.
  • Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and coordination of birthday parties and group events
  • Provide outstanding guest service to families and children.
  • Help monitor event safety, cleanliness, and crowd flow.
  • Manage registration, ticketing, or merchandise tables as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management. Ensure a fun, inclusive, and positive environment for guests and staff.
  • Fill in for Event Manager on a needed basis
Qualifications: Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or recreation preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, energetic, and child-focused personality. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic first aid or CPR certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, move, and be active for long periods. Able to lift up to 25 lbs (moving decorations, food trays, etc.).Employee Perks: A fun, fast-paced work environment. Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Night shift Weekends only Shift availability:
