Administrative Assistant (Business & Personal)

Responsibilities: Develop and implement organized filing systems Multi-Week Project: Organize & File receipts, paperwork and files of the business and for the owner Assist Bookkeeper Run Payroll Run Errands Locally Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Perform all other office tasks
