Senior VP, People Operations

Civitas Senior Living is seeking a Senior Vice President of People Operations to lead three teams—People Operations, Recruiting, and Learning & Development—and to advise senior leadership on workforce decisions that impact operations. You will spend substantial time in Civitas communities, driving hiring, onboarding, investigations, training, and policy administration across multiple states. This is a hands-on, growth-focused leadership role.
