PositionOverviewWeare seeking a Dentist Anesthesiologist to join our clinical team in a rolethat includes: Anesthesia care in a brand new, state-of-the-art ASC (Fairfield, CT) Mobile anesthesia services in dental offices throughout Connecticut Participation in clinical workflow development, safety initiatives, andoperational processes Thisrole is ideal for a clinician who values consistency, professionalism, andteam-based care, and who is interested in contributing to a growing clinical program. KeyResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across ASC and mobile environments Ensure pre-case readiness, including medications, equipment, and patientpreparation Exercise consistent clinical judgment aligned with established safetyprotocols Communicate effectively and professionally with dentists, nursing staff, and administrativeteams Participate in clinical workflow development, quality improvement, andoperational Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical culture Qualifications•Completion of an accredited Dentist Anesthesiology residency •Eligible for licensure in Connecticut with dentist anesthesiology permit •Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety •Ability to work effectively in both ASC and mobile environments •Professional communication style and team-oriented mindset IdealCandidate ProfileWeare particularly interested in candidates who: Demonstrate maturity, reliability, and professionalism Take ownership of the clinical environment, not just individual cases Are comfortable working in a developing, growth-oriented setting Value team-based care and consistent clinical standards Have interest in contributing beyond direct clinical care ImportantConsiderationsThisis an early-stage, growing organization.
