Director of Test Engineering

Overview: Salary Range$180,000.00 - $200,000.00 Salary/year

At Digital Dynamics Inc., we’re building complex, high-performance systems and bringing them from concept to volume production at speed. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Test Engineering who can own test end-to-end and operate as a hands-on leader in a fast-moving environment. This role is critical to ensuring our products are testable, scalable, and production-ready. You’ll lead test strategy across NPI and manufacturing, while working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to drive alignment, solve problems, and deliver results. This is not a pure management role—you’ll be expected to stay close to the technical details while leading the team and holding a high bar for execution, communication, and accountability.
