If your availability doesn't align with our business hours, this position isn't the right fit. THIS IS A FAST-PACED, PHYSICALLY ACTIVE POSITION. We're looking for self-motivated team members who take initiative, work independently, support their teammates, and stay productive throughout their entire shift. Our Frosters are constantly moving—frosting, stocking, cleaning, organizing, multitasking, and working in & out of refrigerators. This position requires energy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: Love staying busy and being productive Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Work independently and take initiative Are a true team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed (Utility, grabbing orders, taking out the trash etc) Understand that everyone helps each other, regardless of job title Take pride in doing the job right every time Are dependable, reliable, and ready to workPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This is an active position. You must be able to: Stand and walk your entire shift Bend, squat, reach overhead, and climb step ladders Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
