IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities: Provide professional, courteous end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot, repair, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other IT equipment. Document support requests and resolutions within the Help Desk ticketing system. Manage IT equipment and software inventory, deployments, procurement, and invoicing. Assist with technology projects, budgeting, and other IT initiatives. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and end users to resolve technical issues. Participate in a rotational evening and weekend on-call schedule for emergency support.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.6+ years of relevant IT experience. Strong troubleshooting experience with hardware and software. Basic knowledge of networking and network architectures. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.\nCompany
