Senior BSA/AML & Financial Crimes Lead

Wise is seeking a senior leader to oversee the financial crime program in the United States, based in Austin. You will partner with the BSA/AML Officer and regional teams to strengthen controls, implement policies, and ensure regulatory readiness across Wise’s US operations. You will lead audits, coordinate regulator examinations, and mentor a growing team.
