Medical Office Assistant - $18 - $21 Hourly Wage

Description: We are a growing, fast-paced, physician-led practice looking for a full-time Medical Office Assistant to join our team. The right candidate thrives in a busy environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. In this role, you'll support both our clinical and administrative teams by:

• Preparing patient charts and documentation for appointments
• Rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting providers during office visits
• Entering information into the electronic health record (EHR)
• Answering phones and responding to patient communications
• Assisting with scheduling, referrals, laboratory tasks, and other office workflows
• Working collaboratively with providers and teammates to keep patients moving efficiently through their visit
