This is a true senior-level opportunity for an estimator who can 𝗛𝗜𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗨𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 with minimal ramp-up time and independently manage complex commercial HVAC bids.🔹 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘• Prepare detailed estimates for large-scale commercial HVAC and mechanical projects• Review plans, specifications, addendums and RFIs• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and scope analysis• Develop competitive and accurate project bids• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor pricing• Manage bid-day activities and subcontractor coverage• Identify scope gaps, exclusions and potential project risks• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, Vendors and General Contractors• Support projects from initial bid pursuit through project turnover• Maintain strong relationships with GCs, subcontractors, vendors, architects and engineers🔹 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥✅ 7–10+ years of mechanical estimating experience✅ Strong Commercial HVAC / Mechanical Contracting background✅ Experience estimating NEW CONSTRUCTION installation projects✅ Experience with projects ranging from $2M–$100M+✅ Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems✅ Proven experience with detailed takeoffs and scope review✅ Strong subcontractor and vendor relationships✅ Comfortable managing bid-day activities✅ Excellent communication and client-facing skills✅ Proven career stability and long-term tenure🔧 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗘Strong knowledge of:• HVAC systems• Ductwork• Chilled water systems• Condenser water systems• Glycol systems• Refrigeration systems• Commercial mechanical construction💻 𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗢𝗙𝗧𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧-𝗣𝗜𝗣𝗘 experience is preferred.
