Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Greet residents, patients, visitors, and guests Schedule appointments as needed Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as assigned Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
