Job Description: Exciting Opportunity for a Neuro IR RN!
Job Description
Position: Neuro IR RN
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 4x10 Hr Days, 7a - 5:30pCall
Requirements: 10-12 primary/back up on call shifts every six weeks Mix of weekday and weekend shifts30 min response time for call
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients and provide conscious sedation medications
  • Conduct pre-procedural timeouts and demonstrate critical care nursing skills
  • Work in a dynamic IR department focused on patient care
Requirements:
  • Must have an active VA or Compact License in hand at submissionBLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
  • Minimum 3 years of neuro/stroke experience
  • Experience with thrombectomies and conscious sedation is a must
  • Proficiency in EPIC, Radiant (IR) is necessary
  • Travel experience is required
