As aTelephoneRepresentative, you will work directly with residential and small commercial customers in a professional and fast paced call center environment. Your responsibilities may include: Speaking with customers by phone and understanding their energy needs Introducing customers to available green energy solutions Explaining products and services clearly and professionally Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience Answering questions and helping customers make informed decisions Building strong and lasting customer relationships Following up with customers and helping create a positive customer experience Working toward individual and team sales goals Handling a high volume of customer conversations Maintaining a positive and professional attitude throughout every interaction Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and development Building a customer portfolio that may provide ongoing residual pay Green Energy With a Purpose At American Power & Gas, we are proud to be part of the growing green energy industry.
