This company produces precision components used in high-tech manufacturing and is seeking an experienced TIG welder to join its Hillsboro team. What You'll Do: Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols to complete fabrication projects. Perform precision TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components. Prepare materials by cutting, cleaning, fitting, and assembling parts prior to welding. Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and pass visual inspections. Operate welding equipment, grinders, hand tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of professional TIG welding experience.
  • Experience welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and AWS welding symbols.
  • Proficiency using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and squares.
  • Knowledge of welding equipment setup and operation.
  • Basic math skills, including measurements and conversions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30p, overtime starts at 4am Monday-Friday
Pay: $24-28/hr depending on experience
Location: Hillsboro, OR must have reliable transportation
