Production Operator III - Turret Setup

Description: Job ResponsibilitiesOperates complex machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Oversees setups on basic machinery and production lines. Sets up machines and adjusts settings for various production tasks. Monitors production processes and performs quality checks. Conducts minor repairs and preventive maintenance. Trains and mentors entry-level machine operators. Documents production metrics and reports discrepancies. Ensures compliance with safety and operational standards. May perform other duties as assigned. Job Skills RequirementsProficient in operating various types of machinery. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Computer skills including ERP systems. Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location. Educational RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent education and experience required. Experience RequirementsFive years of previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
