Support business development including proposals, client pursuits, and go-to-market strategy for the workforce practice
Build and maintain relationships with state agency clients and industry partners
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, methodology development, and practice growth efforts

Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with American Job Center operations, one-stop delivery systems, and partner co-enrollment strategies
Knowledge of labor market information (LMI) tools and how state agencies use workforce data for planning and policy decisions
Understanding of employer engagement strategies, job seeker services, and case management workflows
Experience supporting or advising on workforce system governance, state plan development, or federal compliance
No sponsorship is available for this position
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience supporting or advising on workforce system governance, state plan development, or federal compliance
Master's degree (MPA, MBA, MS, or related field)
Experience with workforce technology platforms such as case management systems or labor exchange platforms
Familiarity with Salesforce-based workforce solutions or AI-driven job matching tools
Prior experience contributing to proposal development, competitive bids, or RFP responses for state government clients
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
