Responsibilities: In-Home Consultations: Travel to customer locations (typically within a 1-hour radius) using pre-qualified, warm leads generated by the company. Sales Presentations: Use electronic tablets and measuring tools to show flooring samples, assess room dimensions, and review pricing and installation options. Prospecting & Referrals: Build community-based sales and generate self-driven leads to increase earning potential. Customer Service: Coordinate product selections and maintain professional communication from consultation to project setup.

Requirements: Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually Availability for evening & weekend appointments Direct Seller Contract Delivery of excellent customer service Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
