Familiarity with legal billing systems, invoice processing, and outside counsel coordination. Exceptional organizational, writing, editing, and project management skills. Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on mindset.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training is a plus.
