Process Technician

Process Technician WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Process Technicians to maintain injection molding manufacturing process equipment and ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently. As a Process Technician, you will: Read and understand product briefs and process sheets to ensure accuracy in machine operations Confirm correct job is set up on assigned machine per production schedule, verifying mold number, material color, tooling is set up properly, etc. Assist in setting up tooling as needed Operate a crane hoist to perform mold changes Climb into, under, and on machines; visually inspect the alignment of robots/molds Visually and physically inspect parts for defects; make adjustments to process to ensure parts conform to quality standards Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks Perform all job functions in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies/procedures Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition while cleaning and maintaining equipment as needed Work weekends and overtime, as required Perform other duties as assigned
