Technical Recruiter (Contract Opportunities) Richmond, VA | HybridLHH is seeking experienced Technical Recruiters for upcoming contract opportunities with our clients in the Richmond, VA area. These hybrid positions offer the opportunity to partner with hiring managers, identify top technical talent, and support recruitment efforts for a variety of technology-focused roles. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for positions such as software engineers, developers, systems administrators, cybersecurity professionals, data analysts, project managers, and other technology-related roles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Review resumes and assess candidates' technical qualifications and experience
  • Negotiate offers and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Provide market insights regarding candidate availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience recruiting for technical and IT positions
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Experience utilizing ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
