Store Manager — Guest Experience & Team Leadership

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Chief Workshop Manager to lead the workshop, drive an exceptional Guest experience, and guide a high-performing team to meet financial goals and brand standards. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, payroll, and strong leadership across shifts. The CWM will hire and promote staff with input from the Assistant Workshop Manager, enforce policies, and ensure safe, engaging store operations while maintaining merchandising and inventory excellence.
