We are seeking a thorough and dependable Apartment Detail Cleaning Specialist to prepare units for new residents through high-quality move-in and move-out cleaning. In this role, you will deep clean apartments, ensure units meet presentation standards, and help create a welcoming environment for incoming tenants. Duties: Perform detailed move-in and move-out cleaning of apartment units Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, floors, and fixtures thoroughly Remove trash, debris, and leftover materials from units Report maintenance concerns or damages observed during cleaning Ensure units meet company cleanliness and presentation standards Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in organized condition Follow safety procedures and complete work efficiently to meet deadlines
