Retail Framing Lead: Customer Solutions & Team Coach

Michaels is seeking a proactive Framing Team Lead to oversee our framing department. You will guide a team of framers, focus on delivering custom framing solutions, and drive sales by delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will work closely with Store Management to ensure SOP adherence, schedule workloads, and maintain store standards while coaching team members toward meeting KPIs. Nights and weekend shifts are expected.
