Survey Division Manager: Lead Field Projects & Client Growth

Pennoni in Virginia Beach is seeking a Survey Division Manager to lead our surveying team at the Hampton Roads office. The role focuses on boundary, ALTA, topographic, aerial, and Right-of-Way surveys, with an emphasis on QA/QC, client relations, and proposal development. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in field surveying, 3+ years in PM, and a VA LS credential, with occasional field work and travel to sites as needed.
