Senior VP, Real Estate & Leasing

EDENS is seeking a Senior Regional Counsel to serve as the primary legal partner for regional portfolios. You will structure, negotiate, draft, and close sophisticated retail real estate transactions, including grocery anchors, ground leases, amendments, and exclusivity matters. You will advise business leaders across Investment Management, Leasing, Finance and Property Management, provide risk-calibrated guidance on major transactions, and lead a team of attorneys, paralegals, and outside
