Tasks&Responsibilities: Responsibilitiesandessentialjobfunctionsincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing: Monitorandmanagedailyoperationsofthesaloninafast-pacedenvironment. Leadbyexampleinallcompanyoperationsincludingcreatingaclient-centricexperienceandmeetingpersonalsalesexpectations. Maintainaprofessionalandimpeccablycleansalonenvironment. Establishescleargoalsandobjectivesfor TeamMembers. Providescoaching, training, andfeedbacktoimprove TeamMembers’dailyperformance. Generatesalesreports, maintaininventory, andassistwithother SalonDirectorfunctions. Assistthe SalonDirectorincontrollingtoplinerevenueandexpenses.
