Director of Safety & Security, Multi-Site Housing

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a Director of Safety & Security to oversee all safety, security, emergency preparedness, and life-safety compliance across ~40 locations in Cook and Lake counties. The role partners with housing operations, resident services, and local law enforcement to create trauma-informed, welcoming environments while managing access controls, surveillance, and regulatory compliance.
