Position Title: LA– Senior Employment Litigation Associate Take the lead on sophisticated employment litigation with a nationally recognized labor and employment firm. About: We are seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Associate to handle complex California employment matters, with meaningful responsibility from case strategy through resolution. You’ll manage litigation matters independently, draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions, handle discovery and depositions, appear at hearings, and play a significant role in mediations and other high-stakes proceedings. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator who wants more than a supporting role — you’ll work directly with clients, collaborate with multiple partners, and have the autonomy to shape your matters while benefiting from the resources and support of a leading national firm.

Develop case strategy and manage client communications and deadlines Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive and non-dispositive motions Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations Handle wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, class, collective, and PAGA matters Collaborate with partners and mentor junior attorneys

Proven ability to independently manage complex employment matters Strong California wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, class, collective, and PAGA experience Strong motion, deposition, writing, analytical, and client management skills California Bar admission and strong academic credentials Proactive, self-directed, and collaborative approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of matters
