This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday) that includes paid holidays and time off within your first year, and the option to elect health insurance after your first 90 days. CPR/First Aid training is provided as well as continuous education for required training hours, and possible tuition reimbursement. Wages are based on education and experience. Responsibilities for Lead Teacher include but are not limited to: Safety and well-being of staff and children Implementing curriculum on a daily basis Assisting with potty-training for transition to pre-school Daily parent communication and yearly parent-teacher conferences Creating a warm and nurturing environment Being a great team player Possess strong customer service skills with parents
