Detailer - Onsite

Responsibilities: Interpret routine customer non-configured orders and develop basic custom bills-of-material and manufacturing routings Prepare bills-of-material within the ERP system Perform weight, clearance, counterbalance, and reaction loading calculations Utilize available tools and engineering documentation to execute the timely completion of incoming Detailing tasks Proactively communicate with Customer Care and other internal support teams to resolve product configuration questions Support the improvement of Detailing processes and engineering documentation Perform special assignments or tasks assigned by the supervisor Requirements: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Attention to detail is critical to success Strong technical and math background Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to prioritize and multi-task Resourceful with solid communication skills (in-person, phone, and written) Able to interpret and understand technically oriented material, blueprints, and door configuration rules Desired skills: Associate degree with a technical focus or equivalent work experience Experience in a product development or manufacturing environment Demonstrated technical aptitude, including the ability to understand mechanical concepts, engineering documentation, and manufacturing workflows Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud or similar ERP system Pay range: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis 10 employees will be considered for this position.
